At Karma Havanese & Biewer Terriers, our show dog / breeding program is developed to focus on conformation, temperament, health, and type with the AKC standards. Our dogs live with us in our home as beloved family members and constant companions. Whether just hanging out on the couch or struttin in the show ring, our relationship with these wonderful dogs is one of the greatest blessings in our lives.
We believe that a healthy beginning leads to a happy long life. That’s why every puppy we raise comes from carefully selected, health-tested parents with clean genetic backgrounds. We work closely with trusted veterinarians and use modern screening tools to ensure our puppies are free from common hereditary conditions, giving them the strongest start possible. Our focus on genetic health isn’t just about science—it’s about love, longevity, and peace of mind. When you bring home a Karma puppy, you’re not just welcoming a beautiful companion into your life—you’re gaining a healthy, heartful friend raised with intention and care.
All of our dogs are CERF tested for eye health, their Heart tested for defects, Patellas tested for good knees, and Hips xrayed for defects. Once our dogs have completed their health testing, we get CHIC numbers registered on the OFA website. We absolutely guarantee the health of our puppies, in a written health guarantee.
